I had to wait almost 40 minutes for the cargo van to arrive from 96 St. The gentleman at 181st gave me a 10% discount to make up for it, but I still almost missed a deadline.
particular car was a bit soiled.....but, the rental was fine.

some of the smaller cars lack power, and the radios are terrible - cannot keep the signal, and, the a/c lacks power....it got me there and back
Procedures regarding after-hours drop-offs should be made more clear to customers. The garage entrance
isn't clearly marked and the door itself isn't attended; the only signage instructs you NOT to drive in, and to
ring an (invisible) bell - so your only choice is to park temporarily on 96th St. Surely something safer and
more convenient can be figured out. Otherwise - this place is great.
