Nicest people I've ever death with at a car rental agency!
The vehicle was not great with many dents and scratches and over 100,000 miles on it already. Everything else related to the experience was good.

The car exhibited some noises/vibrations on the way back that made me a little nervous but ultimately it handled well and there were no driving problems.
