Professionalism/Customer Service needs slight improvement. When a customer enters and the agent is on the phone, the agent should take a few seconds to say to the customer "Hello, I'll be with you in just a moment" or some type of acknowledgement of the customers presence.
i was surprised about insurance rate, as i misunderstood the site proposal
