The rating system for several of the questions doesn't make any sense. There is no "good" or "great" nuance to a yes or no answer. But clearly we were very satisfied with the vehicle, service and company policies.

Very happy customer here. Only gripe is that we drove through a fair amount of varying rain conditions and the windshield wipers worked AWFULLY. I'm guessing they have not been serviced (replaced) in a couple of years.... Otherwise car was fine. Best of all, the people were wonderful, especially Henry the manager. Thanks!

This is the best car rental company I've ever used. I hardly ever have to wait for my car. The people are fast and courteous. The cars are excellent. They make it easy and pleasant.
