Clearly the price is good compared to national competition but the competitions cars are in better condition and always clean.the vehicle I rented was very dirty, there was dog hair stuck to the door and seat, the windows were poorly cleaned. If I had been prepared to rent a scratched up, dirty car at the price quoted, I might have been satisfied. The service from staff both pick up and drop off was perfection. quick courteous and professional. I did not receive a final bill.

All good. Car didn't handle well in snow, but that's not on the rental folks. I appreciated being given an extra day to return the car when snowed in by the blizzard
