I have rented with this agency quite a lot in the last 3 years. Never a problem. Once I was charged a fee that did not apply and one phone call later it was completely resolved and I was issued a credit on my card. Highly recommend them. Good service and reasonable price in an otherwise expensive city.

I have seen this place for years, but never used it. In a moment of panic the other week I stopped by and asked the price and the availability and the service rep told me all would be good. She was right.
A great place to hire a car and fantastic customer service. Car is always very clean and comfortable to drive.
I really like renting from AAMCAR. The rates are good and, better than that, the people are always - as you say, courteous and helpful. But really, they always make me smile. I don't think I can say that about any of the "major" car rental places in this city.
Everything was great.
Always appreciate how easy it is, and definitely more affordable than other car rentals in NYC.
