I have been renting from AAmcar infrequently, but steadily for more than 20 years and am always pleased with service and product. this time I was surprised at somewhat shabby condition of vehicle: side mirror casing missing, many, many dings, accepted the car, am not fussy, wanted to get away, and didn't bother to change car. On the other hand the customer service was at its best!
I need a van last minute. I reserved the van online the day before I needed it and AAMCAR called me right away to finalized the details. That impressed me. I would definitely rent from AAMCAR again and recommend them to friends and colleagues.

We loved it, the location is right down the street from our apartment and it's located right on the West Side Highway so you don't have to spend time driving out of the center of Manhattan. Picking up and dropping off the car were quick and painless. We got a better car than expected so that was a bonus too. We're looking forward to renting monthly, more around the holidays and during summer.
Have been using Aamcar for years and find them to have best rates, courteous and helpful staff, very good cars, and are conveniently located. Recommend them enthusiastically!
