JUST GREAT!
The guys are great - I've been renting a car from AAMCAR for years and the service has always been over the top. I also like the fact that most of the same people are still working at this location. Keep up the great interaction it truly works.
Thoroughly satisfied.....rate quoted on phone was honored (even though on website it was higher. Had complaint about GMS holder (it was broken) and it was taken off the bill. And I received a follow up phone call to confirm that. Actually, also had a follow up phone call on SAturday (day reservation was made) to confirm that rate would be honored.

Returning the car was confusing though... bit of a mess over there. I suppose there isn't much you can do given the business of the road/gas station.
There was a small issue with the vehicle and I did not especially find it a comfortable ride. However, this is a blip on a generally outstanding value for the money. The guys in the office are fantastic and so helpful and did their best to find a way to compensate a bit for the problem.
