Horrible customer service.mi try to support small local businesses, but never again. The website is bush league, you can't update upcoming rentals and the staff are unpleasant. Never again

One complaint: When I returned the car on Sunday at 8pm, the fellow who was doing the intake got overwhelmed by 3 cars returning. Although I was there first by 5 minutes and rang the bell, he took two cars ahead of me. Please tell him to just ask who arrived first or pushy New Yorkers will create chaos. In 95 degree heat after a long drive, it should be 1st come, 1st served. Thanks
