They recognize me when I come in even though I am not that frequent a customer. That is a nice thing. They are 4 blocks from my apartment and you can't beat that either. Not everyone will experience these advantages, of course, but they do a great job because they are small and capable. Never had a problem Never bother with Avis or National any longer.

I always find the staff at the 96th St location friendly and helpful - and they refer to me by name which is a nice touch. The cars are clean and in good shape. I always check Aamcar first for availability for my rental needs.
