Have used Aamcar for at least 25 years. They're wonderful.
I was impressed by how helpful and professional the staff was.
I've been renting cars here for many years and I do love the fact that I can rent a car for 1-day over the weekend without the obligation to rent for 2-3 days instead. Also, the staff experience there has improved and everyone is quite friendly and engaging.
Since I rent from Aamcar regularly I can comment based on long term and frequent experiences. I have always been treated most professionally - respectfully and courteously. The company is extremely well run, the cars always excellent. I have zero complaint.

I have rented from AAMCAR dozens of times and things always go smoothly. The 96th street location makes it easy to get out of the city.
I am gladly that one lady clerk know sign language a little as I surprised. This rental car look good. I might do rent again in the future so hope to see lady with sign language there again.

Made everything convenient and I like that they are a local business.
The clerk who helped us when we picked up the car was very nice and friendly, but the wait for the car to be brought up from your garage was way too long. Also, the driveway/sidewalk area where you drive in and out of the gas station and garage seems very dangerous.
AAMCAR is very convenient for me because rental offices are scarce in Washington Heights. On top of that, the service is impeccable. Very happy with them!
