suspension not too good
Horrible experience. Cancelled my reservation because the salesman I spoke to was so rude. He would not work with me on taking some seats out the van as all others would do. Told me it was a "feat of engineering to do so" and would have to charge me a lot of money. When I tried to explain that others would do this for free he would not let me speak and I had to hang up. Im glad I did because I found another company with lower rate and took out all the seats for free with an hours notice.
Best Car Rental bargain on the West Side of NYC
Very nice staff, helpful with information and answered all our questions, not all car related either. Car was good (Ford Mustang), although some scuff marks on both exterior and interior. Great location for pickup/dropoff w.r.t to getting in and out of NYC, and best price, at least for renting a Mustang.

The car was good but the driver side floor was not vacuumed well.
So pleased that operations were all running smoothly, even though I rented on a holiday. Extremely impressed by the attentiveness and courtesy of the staff.
