Everything was very good. Car had some issues that should be checked. Drop off was very confusing and gas cap release was an adventure. Overall very good experience.
Aamcar is the best car rental agency in NYC. Have been going there for decades and find they have the best staff, prices and vehicles. Recommend them enthusiastically!!
Very courteous staff.
The can I rented was clean on the outside, but dirty on the inside. The dashboard area and windshield had not been properly cleaned. The steering wheel had dirt embedded in it so deeply that I had to wash my hands repeatedly to get the gunk off. Ultimately, I had to buy gloves just to drive the van due to the filth on the steering wheel. Not a great experience.

The only thing that would have made this perfect was ez pass. I paid for it but they forgot to give me the box, u was told they'd read my tags but every time I passed a toll it said unpaid. Now to wait for the outcome.
Convenient and friendly. The rental rate (while not cheap) is less expensive than all of the others in the neighborhood.
Staff in both states were so professional and courteous
I always rent from AAMCAR. They have the best rates in the City. But more importantly, the staff is friendly, efficient, and highly professional. On the few occasions when I had an issue with a car (mostly because I do not drive often, so am unaware where a button is or how something works) and had to call from the road, they answered promptly and resolved the issue with no problem. Cars are always ready when I go to pick them up, and they have Sunday evening drop off.
