The staff is friendly. The pick up location on 96th Street is convenient. The car was clean and in relatively good condition (couple of dings and scratches). The rental experience was easy and pleasant.
Difficult return. Attendant was reluctant to give paperwork to document return.

Terrific local car rental agency on the upper west side of Manhattan. I have rented both cars and a cargo van from them. All were clean and well maintained. Staff is friendly, the whole expertise quick and straightforward.
