staff knkowledgable, went over the vehicle with me to assess damage and answered any questions I had re: the vehicle both before I left and after I returned. So much more people oriented than the bigger car rental agencies.

Aamcar is the best car rental agency in NYC! I've used them for decades and have never been disappointed. Cars are well maintained, staff are helpful and polite, and the rental rates are the most reasonable in town. I enthusiastically recommend Aamcar to any potential renters.

I always rent cars from Aamcar because it’s so easy and the staff are wonderful.
I was given a car with a tire that had a leak in it. The low air pressure indicator light went on every day and I had to keep refilling the tire. Also, the oil change reminder went on. The oil should have been changed before giving me this car that was in unsatisfactory shape. I did t feel so safe driving it.
The cars have nicks and quirks, but ran perfectly well and did the job.
Even better than expected, looking forward to renting from them again. Thanks!
