I was not warned that I could ignore an emergency light that came on a few minutes after I left the rental agency. (Apparently it did not signify a problem.) This caused some concern while I was driving, which could have been avoided had I been told about it in advance. Also, the office is dingy and unwelcoming. It needs to be be painted and refreshed.
