I reserved a mid-size car, specified as a Nissan Sonata or similar. I was given a Nisan Versa (compact car) with 105,000 miles on the clock. I felt every bump in the road --- no rear camera, no video display with Apple-play? They could not give me the class of car I wanted as they said 15 cars that were expected to be returned did not come back? And the compact car was all they could give me. They took $10 off the $125 daily rate for the compact, but I wanted a mid-size car as ordered.
The staff is extremely helpful, going above and beyond. The car was old and not up to date on technology, but ran well. We will rent from AAMCAR again for the location and convenience, and the excellent customer care.
