I was very grateful to Caesar and his staff for the service I received. I rented a car at peak season, where others are going to other rental places, just to find that the car they reserved is not there. To allay my fears about this very subject, Caesar called me twice to confirm my reservation. No one does that. I have more trips ahead, and will definitely go to AAMCAR.
Been renting from aamcar for over five years. Never had a problem.
First we had to claim for the car we had booked on the Internet, as the agency wanted to give us an old car and on a low standing.
Secondly we have been charged, without notification for agreement, for extra fuel. But we had fill up the tank before returning the car. And the man who take back the car said to us everything was ok, before the agency changed his mind the day after.

Very easy to pick up/drop off the car. Rate is competitive with other agencies.
The car had many miles (more than 100.000), it was full of damages and internally not cleaned. Although the contract that I signed mentioned 0 deposit, they have blocked 1000 $ in my credit card. Car was returned full of fuel and I was charged extra 50 $ without sending any evidence on refueling.
Will not rent from them again.
Staff needs to be more forthcoming about external body damage & other imperfections and alert customers BEFORE they get in the vehicle. My vehicle's windshield had terrible problems - dirt or some substance on the outside & inside. Windshield wipers/fluid, Windex inside & out did not help, nor did front defroster. I could not see, had to stop along the road to figure things out. By trial & error I learned that AC plus internal air flow fixed this. Staff confirmed at car return. Dangerous!
