It was an awful experience and I left a Google review to make sure to warn others. I was only 15 minutes late to my reservation time and without notice it was cancelled. The website says there’s 30 minutes courtesy time. I would at least expect a call to let me know it’s cancelled. Life happens. 15 minutes delays could happen and having your reservation cancelled, leaving you with no alternative, out of the blue is very bad service. I will never use their services, nor will I recommend anyon
