For some reason the needle of the gas tank does not show full tank.
I made a reservation about two weeks in advance. Per the online form, I provided information about my trip to Ohio. However, no one informed me until I got to the desk that Ohio was not covered as insured travel and had to hurry to rent from another agency the weekend I needed to travel for a family wedding. The front desk person was friendly and helpful, but it caused me a lot of stress and anxiety, and a considerable amount more to rent at another agency. I would have liked notice .
