The AAMCAR staff are very good. The van itself was substandard, defective, and actually dangerous -- a threat to life, because of defective brakes, etc.
Everything was just excellent..
All good, except the older car had minor problems.

I was very grateful to Caesar and his staff for the service I received. I rented a car at peak season, where others are going to other rental places, just to find that the car they reserved is not there. To allay my fears about this very subject, Caesar called me twice to confirm my reservation. No one does that. I have more trips ahead, and will definitely go to AAMCAR.
Been renting from aamcar for over five years. Never had a problem.
First we had to claim for the car we had booked on the Internet, as the agency wanted to give us an old car and on a low standing.
Secondly we have been charged, without notification for agreement, for extra fuel. But we had fill up the tank before returning the car. And the man who take back the car said to us everything was ok, before the agency changed his mind the day after.
