No ac when I went to pick up the van they gave me a cargo van with no seats which was not what I ordered
The person at the counter was very helpful. A cargo van was not available so she gave me a minivan at the same price which was much nicer and big enough for me!

Pleasant, knowledgeable, courteous staff. Would only suggest allowing more participation by renter in completing the "surface damage" report, since renter needs to pre-sign it.
