The rental experience went very well, the Mobil mini gas station provided was really convenient! My only issue is that I was not informed about the size of the gas tank. I understand the requirement of filling the tank back with the amount that was used, but I was unsure of how much I needed to spend to fill it. The employee (not the Aamcar staff) at the Mobil was station was rude towards me when I asked for assistance with filling up. He acted as if helping me was an inconvenience for him.

Car’s brake pads seem to need changing. From the first day the car was making a weird sound coming downhill in Catskills. Feels like R front brake pad.
I appreciated the welcoming and friendly attitude of the staff, both when I picked up the care and when I returned it.
Easy rental experience. Nice and helpful staff. Car was a bit more worn than would have liked but for the most part clean and no challenging scents. Overall good experience.

Great car rental agency
We rented a 15 passenger van. The outside of the vehicle had numerous dents including a very large dent on the left side of the vehicle. The inside of the vehicle had a musty smell and all of the seats were covered in old stains. In short, the vehicle was very grungy and we wouldn't have rented it had we known what we were going to get.
Easy on both sides- pickup and return.
