Rental process was easy. Very helpful staff. Smoke smell in office was off putting. Only concern was that car didn't seem clean on the inside. Pet hair on carpet and dashboard dusty. Otherwise a good experience.

Very good and efficient service
You need to have a way to send a customer a receipt for the rental after the car is returned, even if the office is not open at that time. An emailed receipt would be fine. Having to go back to the office in person the next day is not.
