Friendly and efficient staff
The car Nissan Sentra was smaller than i expected, but it ran very well and did well for my purpose to get to my sister in Long Island and back
Overall a good company considering the crazy car-rental prices in Manhattan. Staff are super nice and efficient.
The lever to adjust the back of the driver's seat was broken; I would've liked to be a bit more comfortable during the drive. Fortunately, the trip wasn't too long. Otherwise, I was happy with everything.
Car lagged and had no power. Luckily with your low price/ value I can upgrade next time!

just because it is a smaller car, it should not drive like a tractor.....everything else about the rental experience was perfect.
