I have rented from Aamcar for all my car needs, usually at least once a week, for more than five years. The staff, especially marci and Espy are superb - warm, professional, efficient, always ready to be helpful. They are the unrecognized gems of Aamcar.

Charged $100 more than quoted. Car was not in great condition. 90,000 miles. I could pay the same elsewhere for a much nicer car.
AAMCAR is a good local agency, and we are repeat customers. I wish they'd re-open their Washington Heights location, which would encourage me to use them more often.
Always a positive experience with Aamcar. This car’s USB charger did not work which made us unable to charge our phone during our trip while in the car. The car also appeared to be past the service date recommended on the windshield.

Service was prompt and friendly, and no surprises at the checkout counter. The car was in good condition, just some scrapes which were noted at the walk around. The only down side was that the remote lock and unlock on the key fob didn’t work, which I didn’t discover until I was at my destination. Overall a good experience.
Really appreciated the reasonable rates, even if the cars weren't quite up to date. Would rent again, though would hope there would be slightly more up-to-date models (unless it meant price hikes!). Also was happy that I could drop the car off at up to 10PM at night.
