Good prices, great customer service. The vehicle was horrible. It's old, beat up, and absolutely nothing is automatic, not even key fob door locks. It was a tough long-distance drive with no cruise control. I would go back to the agency but pray they don't give me that horrible Nissan again. There was even a cigarette hole in the driver's seat upholstery.
2 things: 1) The USB port for the Nissan on this trip isn't working - became a problem when I needed to use my phone map but was losing power rapidly. Please fix! 2) This survey is a little hard to answer b/c some of the questions may not apply or may need more explanation space than you provide - I suggest putting an "N/A" column on the side so people can answer more accurately, and having an option to write more after each question.
2 things: 1) The Nissan Versa from last night has a pretty disturbing, very loud hum that a car isn't supposed to make - it gets louder the faster you go. I gotta say, I didn't feel safe, but I was in a time crunch before you closed. Please have this checked out ASAP. 2) When I came to pick up the car, you weren't enforcing your mask policy on the guy renting from you. Neither he nor his daughter had their masks over their mouths and noses. PLEASE ENFORCE THIS for all our sakes.
