The vehicle smelled of cigarette smoke. Otherwise the rental experience was perfect.

Fast and easy
WE'VE BEEN RENTING FROM AAMCO FOR MANY YEARS, GREAT STAFF, THEY KNOW US BY FIRST NAMES AND ALWAYS GOOD TO BE WELCOMED WHEN I WALK IN. THEY EVEN HAVE A DRAWER FOR ALL YOUR FORGOTTEN ITEMS LIKE EZ PASSES AND SUNGLASSES!
One window was stuck for most of the trip.
The attendant noticed it was my birthday and upgraded my car from a sedan to an SUV for free! It made my trip so much easier and enjoyable! Thank you!
Rented van smelled like there were a lot of smokers using the van. Van should be disinfected after each rental.
