The van I rented was late in coming and then had to be cleaned out while I waited. I was over 1/2 late in leaving. First time this happened in many years.

They gave me a great deal for a one day rental that I needed at the last minute when all other car rental companies in the city were booked. And they gave me unlimited miles.
