The ability of the car to play music of off my phone was broken which was disappointing. We were also told we were being upgraded from a mini van to a full sized SUV, but were actually given a hybrid SUV with no trunk space and a very cramped back seat. It worked ok but was not very comfortable for our drive.
The ride was smooth, the car ran beautifully.
