This was my first time renting from AAMCAR. It was recommended to me by my brother in law. I honestly could not have been any happier. I wish I caught the name of the woman who assisted me because she was pleasant, answered my questions and went over everything with me. She looked over the vehicle with me to make sure everything looked good. The car was fantastic! I hope to get it again because I will rent from here again. Drop off was also easy.
Staff was very friendly and we even got an upgrade at no cost bc the reserved van hadn’t been returned yet.
There was a crack in the front fender but they rented it anyway without repairing it. This has been my experience with Aamcar nearly every time - the cars always have some kind of body work damage. Once the fender was literally hanging off. They just send them right back out again.
Great service, the $1000 hold on my debit card was a bit much being as it’s a pandemic. Other then that everything was good

We love renting from this location. The staff are always helpful and courteous. The location is prime for getting in and out of Manhattan quickly.
This is the second time I've used AAMCAR, and I whole-heartedly recommend them to anyone looking for a rental car. Everyone I've dealt with has been courteous and helpful. Pick-up and drop-off is hassle-free, which is really priceless.
