I called to up grade from compact to minivan but it was not put in the system so the mini van was not ready. The minivan also was not functioning properly. The steering wheel would wobble out of control once I drove over 60mph. The left side passenger door would not open. When I returned the car the GM said she would email me to give me discount on the rental due to the car not being fully operable and I still have not heard from her.
Have rented several times over the past year with 100% great experiences! Keep up the good work!

Service and pricing is great. The car had a strange issue, where the tension on the seatbelts was so high that it kept nearly strangling both the driver and passenger. It made for an uncomfortable ride. Everything else was fine.

Everything was great but the car smelled of stale cigarette smoke. We were already on the road headed to an event and didn't have time to turn around and wait for a new car so we dealt with it but it was not great

This was my first time renting from AAMCAR. It was recommended to me by my brother in law. I honestly could not have been any happier. I wish I caught the name of the woman who assisted me because she was pleasant, answered my questions and went over everything with me. She looked over the vehicle with me to make sure everything looked good. The car was fantastic! I hope to get it again because I will rent from here again. Drop off was also easy.
