A lean, fast, efficient agency obviously run by very loyal help who care. They minimized each aspect of the transaction from start to drop-off...and even have a gas station right next door...convenient! Add to that they're right on the Henry Hudson for no hassle driveaway.

Car was a disappointment, in contrast to my previous rentals from this agency. Wipers needed replacement, and there was an apparent electrical problem that made the locking mechanism and phone charging inoperable (which meant that the car could not be left alone with luggage in it and the GPS on my phone ran out of juice). Also, it was supposed to be an upgrade, but it used much more fuel than the model that I had reserved.
Front desk was very helpful.
