Everything was great, just some minus wS with car - some dirty ( i saw blood marks on the ceiling) and the windows cleaner devices very bad , terrible work, i used car in the rainy day and sometimes i didn't see the road at all due too bad work window cleaner (((( . Stuff was very good! And price not so expensive! I will recomend ot but next time before trip i will check windows cleaner the first !!!
A friend recommended AAMCAR. The location looks like nothing special, but don't be fooled. The staff was courteous and efficient, price more than fair, and convenience outstanding. I will never rent from a national chain again. This neighborhood gem is a winner.

The only reason why I answered satisfactory as opposed to great or good is that the it was a very busy day and all the cars were being used. The vehicle I got was older and very stained and dirty on the inside. And had faint smell of cigarettes. I didn't notice until I was already on the road so I couldn't ask to change cars.
The check in was very efficient. I was surprised by how fast I was able to pick up the car; however, the car is poorly maintained and very old.

reservation was modified and old reservation was printed. lack of insurance was not disclosed ahead of time (misleading pricing). car was damaged and dirty.responsiveness by telephone was inconsistent. voice mailbox was full. Staff was very knowledgable and courteous.
