The only reason why I answered satisfactory as opposed to great or good is that the it was a very busy day and all the cars were being used. The vehicle I got was older and very stained and dirty on the inside. And had faint smell of cigarettes. I didn't notice until I was already on the road so I couldn't ask to change cars.
The check in was very efficient. I was surprised by how fast I was able to pick up the car; however, the car is poorly maintained and very old.

reservation was modified and old reservation was printed. lack of insurance was not disclosed ahead of time (misleading pricing). car was damaged and dirty.responsiveness by telephone was inconsistent. voice mailbox was full. Staff was very knowledgable and courteous.

Important was the fact that this rental was competitive with Zipcar. But what cinched the deal was the woman in customer service was extremely nice and conversant.
The car was a little banged up but everything was fine. I did get pulled over for an expired registration but when I returned the car, I was ensured that it was not expired.
Everything was as promised and as expected. The car was better than I thought it would be.
