Very disorganized staff. Return desk was as well. I returned the vehicle in same condition as rented- w/ full tank of gas, clean of stains/trash
I was charged as much for a mandatory toll program as I was for the actual car. I also had to wait an hour to be picked up by the shuttle. The return location was unclear and the entire rental seemed to involve two companies and two locations without much way to tell who I was even doing business with. The lazy employee who returned the car refused to walk out to the car to check it in because of the mix up about where to park it. Very poor customer service overall.
We got scammed. The contract said $0 deductible but it was not so. Hidden charges. Seemed to be only one person working and we almost missed our flight returning. Very stressful. Never again.
Total disaster, after waiting for more than hour and a half at the pickup location that the driver told me, and calling at least 10 times while getting a very nice message every time indicating "Mailbox is full" and nobody picked up the phone. I had to call ACO headquaters to cancel my rental and decided to get another car from another company that took care of me in less than 10 minutes. Very disappointing service and awful experience. Because of this I was late for my 1pm business meeting.
Terrible: long story, too many things to tell. Just a couple of examples: (1) the staff didn't want to change either the term of the rent nor the time of picking up the car (he said that only headquarters can do that) and (2) when I returned the car, I had to complain to receive my receipted, I returned the car 1 day before and they didn't change anything, the shuttle never arrived so I had to order Uber.
This was the worst rental experience I've ever had. Made the reservation a month in advance for 3:00pm in Orlando. We landed at 3:30pm & waited 40 minutes for our luggage.....not the rental company's problem, I know. Went out and waited to get picked up. After 15 minutes I called the company. I was told that after one hour of the reservation time, the reservation is cancelled, and that all of that was in the email I received. Problem is that portion of the email was in Spanish. Never again!
I feel like I got a great deal and value renting our car. Just wish that the extras were explained in the quote, like use of the SunPass, battery charge, etc. We would definitely use this company in the future.
The car showed engine light on and the agent said that they just changed the oil and have not reset the computer in the car. They did not offer me another car. I said I would take the car if that was the case. However, after driving for awhile, another light came on the dash board..... low tire pressure. Also the trunk lid did not hold up often when opened, and constantly came down and hit our heads. This is dangerous, especially when you have toddlers and they can accidentally jam fingers.
