I was quoted 63.37 online. I walked in the door and they more than QUADRUPLED the price to 281.00. I was informed by the gentleman manning the front desk that I either had to take their insurance of $100 deposit and $23/day or use my own insurance at $400 deposit. Once we actually agreed to pay, they wouldn't take our debit cards, stating their policy requires credit cards only. This left my family stranded. I WILL NEVER RENT HERE AGAIN.

I called when I arrived I was told to waite at B11 for pick up I waited 45 min for pick I asked the driver what time do you close tonight I had a one day rental. he said 8pm I ok great that would work for me....I arrive at rentel location.....to find a girl so rude hanging out with her pet dog so unprofessional.....she charged me 600.00 on hold and said I need insurance. I told her I had insurance on my credit card and my own car insurance said I would still have to pay the 600.00. addl info
