Car had an odd/cheap air freshener smell. Wasn't picked up from the airport promptly. Wasn't dropped off promptly. Staff could not answer my questions about tolls. Staff also told me I didn't need change for tolls, which was incorrect. The lot with the cars was not clean or orderly. Didn't feel official like a car rental from other locations. Overall, not a great experience.
DO NOT EVER RENT FROM THESE GUYS!
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.. THERE' ISN'T ENOUGH ROOM HERE TO REPORT ON THE LITANY OF HORRORS. FROM NOT KNOWING WHERE TO SEND MY IN THE AIRPORT FOR P/U. NEVER SHOWING UP FOR 30 MINUTES WHILE ALL THE OTHER RENTAL SHUTTLES CAME AND WENT 2-3 TIMES. TO NOT HAVING ANY READABLE LOGOS. NOT PICKING MY UP EVER KEEPING ME ON HOLD. CANNOT SPEAK ENGLISH A COMPLETE JOKE NO WONDER THEY ARE GOING OUT OF BUSINESS!
I ENDED UP AT ANOTHER RENTAL COMPANY "ACE". I HIGHLY RECOMMEND "ACE
I was planning to use my own insurance to rent the car but could not because the company did not accept my insurance. Instead, I had to pay $100.00 more dollars to rent the vehicle. Although I did not read the fine print, I think it is the company's responsibility to inform the consumer.
I failed to get an agent at two listed telephone numbers with questions about location. Failed to get someone to answer at both locations; changed to Enterprise after failure!
Having the rental place off site was a little difficult, but doable. Once we we got past the issues with the credit card machine every thing went well.
Car was very dirty look like car been use as a bath room , back seat of car have urinatef make and smell , office have very dirty smell seems like a dead body or a dead animal, employees was'nt helpful to give discount for that dirty car, never going to recommend any one
My flight came in at 5 AM. I had to wait until 7 AM before the counter opened. The person who transported me was very friendly and courteous. Their business looked like trailer in a junk yard. Unless I purchased their insurance, I would have to pay $600 (refundable upon return), but it just seemed fishy to me. The counter person was rude. I felt to be at a disadvantage because I do not speak Spanish. I decided to be returned to the airport without a car. I do not recommend ACO!
We wait a long time at the airport for the shuttle to the rental place
Worst service and I will never book it again. Neither will I recommend it! They did not honor my reservation twice, once in Miami and Orlando but I guarantee it will not happen again!
This company sucks and needs a total revamp.
Literally one of the worst companies I have EVER worked with. I wouldn't recommend them to someone I hate!
