My concern has that the staff didn't look or act as professional as could be, and the pick up in the airport took more than 30 minutes after I call to arrive.

BEWARE! ACO does not have a regular shuttle like the other off-site companies at Orlando airport. They come only when you call. But they did not answer the phone for over two hours. It was during their posted hours, and they had my flight info to anticipate the call. I was left stranded at the airport with three kids, and no way to get to our rental car. I was left no choice but to rent from another company for 60% more than my quoted price, for a lesser car. The same car would have been double.
Waited for 45 minutes after calling for a shuttle. Watched every other rental car shuttle go by many times.
After waiting that long I decided to use another rental car company ! I would highly not recommend this rental car company!
Price ended up being double what was advertised after hidden fees.
I think ACO did a great job and the price I received was excellent. Everyone was very accommodating and friendly.
I would recommend that the website be more explicit in needing a printed copy of the insurance. I also had a little bit of a hard time finding the address for ACO when it came to returning the car. Maybe in big bold letters on the rental agreement?
Overall I was very pleased. I was surprised to see ACO did not have a great rating online. I will leave a positive review.

I wasn't allowed to use my credit card's insurance, which I always use with other rental agencies. I had to pay three times as much for the rental as I originally intended, which made it more expensive than alternative agencies.
In addition, people at the counter need proper training in customer service. The woman, in particular, never interrupted her conversation with her colleague when helping me. It was almost as if I was a disturbance she had to handle quickly to go back to chatting.
It was an extremely poor experience because we were required to purchase a full insurance notwithstanding the fact that we had our own car insurance. The staff argued that we absolutely have to buy full coverage. We declined to rent the car there and went to another company. We would never recommend this company to anyone.
