I travel for a living. ACO staff were unprofessional. Had to put a much larger than usual deposit. Wanted to use my own e-pass, they have sign with the WRONG number and info. Not a "good morning or Hello" from staff. I speak Spanish and they were talking BADLY about other customers in Spanish. Waiting to see if there will be unexpected charges or fees to my card.... I wouldn't be surprised, if there were!
An employee of the ACO Rent a Car Orlando location stole my credit card information and went on a spending spree. Will never rent from this agency again. Disorganized and fraudulent.
My vehicle was downgraded without discount or option.
The agency office needs to be more modern looks old and in a mobile home trailer like.

We waited close to an hour to be picked up from the airport and taken to the rental office. Also their were very few cars in the lot. The inside of our vehicle was not clean. Other than that we had great service!
Were not aware the rental company was off site. Took close to an hour rather as 10-15 minutes as promised, staff was not courteous - not apologetic about delay. The staff didn't warn that we had to have coins only for the tolls and we had to use their services for daily fee for E-Z pass. Didn't enjoy the experience. They were nicer and more efficient during the drop off.
Terrible I felt like they were trying to extort everything they could from me... Never have I treated so rudely.. first you have to call forshuttle service to come get you then we waited a full 30min. for it to arrive, then you are taken to a tiny lot with a total of 8 cars to pick from and the office is in a run down trailer.. there insurance was over $130 for 4 days which is more than the total cost of the rental to begin with and they wanted to put a hold of $600 on your credit card to get th
We were shuttled to and from the airport in a timely manner. If you don't get the insurance you have to give a $600.00 deposit. The address on the paperwork is their old address that is now occupied by ACE rental car. Needless to say my GPS took me to this location and I had to call for the correct address, thank goodness it was only 10 minutes away.
One of the tires on the vehicle was low. This should have been checked out before we rented. The desk clerk & the airport limo driver were excellent
