I expected better. Staff was not friendly.
Staff was not a all helpful. They were very arrogant and was not at all knowledgeable. Company need to improve customer service like other car rental like hertz and thrifty.
My flight was late and they gave away my rental and I had to make arrangements with another company. It was awful.
We cancelled before we got our car. They were late picking up and rude on the phone.
The driver was very courteous and the lady at the rental desk was knowledgeable and very courteous.
Tried to prepay deposit and rental and wasn't allowed to. Had a flight airing at 4:30 pm and requested the car for 4 pm but reservation was changed to noon and they gave our car away, probably got more money.

This company only accepts personal auto insurance from a select few companies, and offers no explanation as to why others are not accepted. I wasted 1.5 hours of my day since once I *finally* got to the agency, I had to return to the airport to wait for another shuttle to take me to another car rental agency -- one which does business honestly. Read the Yelp reviews for this company. You should not represent them.

Overall good experience, worth paying a little extra opposed to the cheaper services.
