Don’t use under any circumstances. Waited 35 mins at Orlando after 3 calls. They wouldn’t accept Farmers insur or USAA CC for insur. Both are full coverage. They did offer $24/day insur for the $20/day rental. Watched the clerk behind the desk speak good English to another customer but she couldnt speak English with me but insisted that I sign the contract while she now spoke only marginal English. There are 50+ reviews nearly identical to mine on Yelp & Google. BE FOREWARNED !!!!

I felt that they were not very truthful when they said that you need insurance for rental, but they did not list that they only take a few selective insurances that few people actually have. What is wrong with a nationwide company like Metlife insurance? I felt that they did this to just add on to the cost of the original price.
Insurance is super expensive. The car smelled and the seats were stained! The staff was knowledgeable BUT the female customer assistant had an attitude and wasn't polite. I will never rent nor recommend to anyone
I will be traveling to Orlando 2-3 times a year for work. I will use ACO every time and tell co-workers about it. Thanks for a good experience.
The car was excellent
I did not feel safe when picking up my rental car. It all seemed very sketchy and it was hard to communicate with them.
Overall disappointed with ACO. They were not helpful when our car wouldn't start and they took so long when returning our car that we missed our flight
The driver was nice but at the "trailer" I was ignored for easily 10 minutes with no other customer there. I asked if there was a problem and didnt' even get a response. Then I was told I had to buy $26/day insurance because I didn't have a my insurance card and was using a debit card.
This was the worst experience me and my family had ever with a rental car company. This was our first and prolly the last time using this company. Upon our arrival we were told there isn't any reservation. I had to pull out my confirmation and the agent responded I don't have this in my system. I explained I do and she started talking in Spanish with someone else who had walked in. There was reservation for a wrong date which I don't assume it's possible. There was no greeting agents were rude.
