It was a smooth rental experience and had no issues.
Shuttle pick up from the airport was prompt but waited over an hour to be waited on and receive our rental car at the office. Only other issue was an addition of $100 for Sunpass that we used once during our 10 rental. The car was great with no problems. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable but could have used an extra staff member and more office space.
Rates advertised online are not what you pay. "Fine print" fees not advised when comparing prices with competitors cost us an extra $130.00 day of pick up. We waited an hour before seeing shuttle to bring to off site location. Another 40 minutes while car was being washed and vacuumed. Maintenance Light came on immediately so when we advised staff they said not to worry the car just needed an oil change soon. After dropping off car we noticed tags were expired on vehicle and advised staff.
This was by far the worst car rental experience that I have ever had. I would NEVER rent from this company again. First - the quote was not honored. When picking up the car, we were charged almost $200 more than quoted. Pick up also difficult, they tried to attribute a minor scratch that was so small we didn't question that it wasn't on the pickup sheet but when we returned they wanted to charge us for damage. Car provided was smaller than reserved and passengers sat with luggage on laps.
This company was absolutely the WORST! I read the reviews and thought I would give them the benefit of doubt. I was wrong. DON'T RENT FROM THIS COMPANY! My online quite with state tax was $88.90, but upon getting to the facility it changed to $220! Apparently the girls at the counter said the online quote didn't include the state FCO (some other Florida tax), and the final rental price was $220. Absolutely ridiculous! Scam artists! I took shuttle back and used Uber. Choose a reputable company!
The price did not match my quote. Too many hidden fees. The staff was slow. Thy were not accommodating to my schedule. This is asham and a bait and switch operation. Customer service is not a priority for ACO.
They didn't pick me up to take me to the car lot.

There was no shuttle there to pick us up. When we called they said our reservation had been cancelled because we were an hour late. We were traveling with our two year old and five month old. They didn't honor or reservation price so it ended up being $150 more expected. Then they charged a $300 deposit. They told us to call the day of the return to let them know what time we would arrive. When i called they said that won't work, we had to have it back by noon. Worst car rental experience.
Told four times on the phone it would be 10 minutes to pick up. 52 minutes passed. Hidden fees, rate ended up being same as a major company inside the terminal. No ride to airport available upon drop off, had to take Uber. Were not available to check in my car on return, office not open.
I had to wait for over an hour at the rental agency to get my car. The staff there were doing their best, but were highly inefficient. I was cut in line by 2 different irate customers, one who was threatening to call her lawyer. When I finally got to speak to a representative, I discovered that my rate was twice as much as quoted online. Very bad experience! The only upswing: the staff upgraded my car - though it didn't feel "free" because I had to wait so ling and was charged more than expected
