Poor experience. I was overcharged at drop-off after already paying in full at pick-up due to an error made in my paperwork and no effort was made to rectify the situation. Will not recommend to friends or family.

I was excited to use ACO for the first time as I am an active traveler to the Florida Area. I was impressed with the initial price online. It all went downhill from there. I waited for 1.5 hours to be picked up from the airport. I was leveraged to buy insurance because I did not have the actual policy confirmation with me from State Farm (which then put this price comparable to the other "in-Airport" car rentals. When I returned it was delayed due the person texting. Never Again !

The facilities were not great and the $4/day toll convenience charge was a bit of a hidden fee we were not expecting. There were also not enough staff there when we were trying to pick up. The car upgrade we received was nice though!

Although the customer service clerks were kind to me, the people after me were not received as well. I'm assuming the difference was that I was Hispanic and spoke the language. Which brings me to my next point, as a spainish speaker l, it would fair better if your employees spoke English while at work so that the customer doesn't feel like they are missing any details of thier service.

I elected to be picked up by a friend and then dropped off at their location after some immediate business needed to be attended to upon arrival. After completed, at 850p, I got a ride to the address on their confirm email. It was an empty lot. I called the number and advised they moved about 10 minutes away. OK, that was workable. I was then informed by the fella who I could barely understand that he had just closed, despite the same confirm email saying they were open until 10p. AWFUL.
