The car was a bit dusty and didn't have a usb plug for music, but everything else was fine.
I was very upset that I had to wait 45 minutes from my scheduled arrival at the airport.
Rate was not honored as was told I needed voluntary insurance. Wait to.e on pickup was very long. New employee was not knowledgeable.

Staff was extremely rude. If you didn't take their insurance they put a $600 hold on your credit card. The car was very dirty and poor quality.

WORST experience ever! Waited forever for shuttle to arrive and then they wouldn't accept my State Farm insurance when we got there. We were going to have to pay a $600 deposit and buy their insurance. My insurance person offered to email or fax verification and she refused to accept it because she couldn't print it off and they even said they don't have email. We left and rented through AVIS. We lost 3 hours of vacation time. ACO has TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Don't rent from ACO!!!!!!
