Below expectations
Tienen personas ineptas cometiendo errores y uno tiene q pagar por ellos. Ademas si dicen q es recoger y entrgar el auto en el aeropuerto, no es q cuando uno llegue se tropieza que en el aeropuerto no esran y hay q esperar una guagua q recoja a la prsona. Ademas luego d un precio sorpresa!!!!.... termina uno pagando el triple. Pesimo no lo recomiendo para nada.
you are a horrible company and you should be closed down. my car was not there & was told by your employee in orlando i dont have a car for you what do you want me to do. then put me on hold and disconnected me 3 times he told me my reservation was cancelled. he said i requested a car and not reserved so i dont have a reservation just a request i dont know what kind of answer that is but i will be contacting the right people. you left a my family & kids without a car. UNACCEPTABLE.

Must have PRINTED proof of insurance overages (not card, actually covered values) prior to check in or you are hit with their insurance automatically or you won't be able to rent your car. Location is inaccurate - off of some airport access road, not Semoran Blvd as listed. Drop off times only between 7am-10pm, no option for after hours drop off for early AM or late PM flights. Very Very poorly run operation taking advantage of people.
Getting initial paperwork done was a bit slow, but not a big problem. The rest of the rental smooth; the vehicle in perfect shape, returns was easy.
Very poor experience, first of all when I booked it stated that the agency was at the terminal, it is not, then I could not rent a car because my flight left at 8AM, no time to drop off car when agency can not even be open for service, very poor experience. Staff was very friendly but had their hands tied.
It was a terrible experience. The time that we needed to pick the car up to return the agency was not even open and didn't know how to handle that situation. We had to go back to the airport and rent another vehicle for over $100 more. I would never go back to that agency again.
