It was a terrible experience. The time that we needed to pick the car up to return the agency was not even open and didn't know how to handle that situation. We had to go back to the airport and rent another vehicle for over $100 more. I would never go back to that agency again.

No one was there!!!!! When I got to Orlando, I called using the courtesy phone but got no answer. I called the local numbers and got no answer. I called the toll free number which was the Miami office and I told them no one was answering. They gave me another local number, but no answer. I called the toll free number back and told them no one was answering, so they contacted the Orlando office to send a driver. Unfortunately, our luggage was lost and we never got the car from them.

This was one of my worst experience with a rental agency. I will never recommend this to anyone. Further please send emails regarding insurance as soon as person reserves the car. NOT 2 DAYS BEFORE picking up the car. Further many car agencies font require insurance cards from. If u tell them u have insurance then that's good enough for them. If u want to compete with others. Then try to adapt this policy or else u will be receive poor ratings like this one.
I'm very please with my rental experience. The price was right and the vehicle was great. The representative(Marcelo)was very courteous and helped with all rental needs. I'd definitely recommend to my friends and family.
Never again. Wouldn't take our bank card nor our Insurance. Plus having to wait at the airport for 1/2 hour to be picked up. Never again
We had a miscommunication on the pick up point when I called, I should have just gone by my email There were 2 areas that can be considered A-11.
I was quoted on the full size, which we wanted, they tried giving me a smaller car without my knowledge, I had to point it out when I went outside to inspect it.
Friendly staff, no lines, no waiting. Fairly quick and painless. I'm used to getting pressured to buy all the extras, they courteously and respectfully took no for an answer.
Rental agent didn't pick up on two phone call attempts from the airport courtesy desk. Contact was achieved using personal cell call. Pickup from airport was made one hour after call. Driver explained that he had waited at the wrong pickup location and that he made several attempts at locating us at the wrong location. Despite the horrible start, car and service were satisfactory.
Your sponsored rental car company fraudulently charged my credit card for $171.90 for a rental car that I did not rent. Please read below as this explains the reason for my request. I and 3 other renters did not rent vehicles from ACO your sponsored rental car company.
I would like consideration for a future free rental because of the problems and time spent trying to resolve unauthorized charges and time dealing with a fraudulent car rental company that you sponsored.
