AWFUL rental experience. Horrible wait times for shuttles, receiving car, returning car. Horrible customer service throughout. Had to return original car because of mechanical problem and the process took more than 90 minutes. Under no circumstances would I again rent for ACO. Indeed, I will be discouraging anyone I encounter who might be considering ACO to rent elsewhere.

When renting online, the website gives you an optin of returning time for the costumer and when we went to pick up the car we found out that the place didn't open until 8am. It's a trap of you gove customers a choice that actually does not exist. We had to return the car one day earlier and spent $100 + tip in cab rides. Shame on you, ACO. I would never return and/or recommend the service to anyone and I think I should have a refund of my expenses plus the stress of changing my travel plans.

We were appalled to have to pay you to use our own insurance. I would never use you or NEVER recommend your company. What about the customers with early flights when you won't open before 7:00? We missed a whole day because we had to head back to turn in the car the night before. Of the four customers in your business when we were there every single one left extremely disappointed and mad. You do not work for the customer and I would pay more for a rental car next time and come out ahead.

The quote I received online was honored.....minus the fact that in the "small print" of the contract.....that I'm sure nooone reads...states that I must present a hard copy of my insurance! Or I must buy the car companies insurance! So...my $9/day car became $32/day! This rate now became the most expensive rate quoted! Unfortunately the car location is off site of airport or I would've changed to a different rental company.

The car had many scratches on the outside and there were stains on the seats inside. My mistake is that I did not notate a stain it was on the backseat and I was charged for cleaning of that stain even though I wasn't responsible for it

I have read complaints and reviews on other's rental experience from this company. While ACO has some additional requirements to rent from them than the giant rental agencies, they clearly communicated this through email days prior to the rental date. People are upset at having to provide a deposit (which is fully refundable) and provide a printed copy of their insurance, but the "inconveniece" did not come close to outweighing the cost savings. I would definitely rent from ACO again!
