We waited in line over 30 min only to be told that even though we had a reservation there were no cars available. The agent was extremely rude. We were told to wait another 30 min and maybe a car would come available. We did and when we went to rent the car we were told our insurance was no good and that the rental would be another $19/day. There were several other people in line and they received the same treatment. I would NEVER rent or recommend this place again!!!

Awful. The $99 price we thought we'd gotten for a 6-day rental disappeared when Aco's representative informed us that they did not accept Travelers Insurance. This sounded bogus - if I wreck your car, my insurance is going to pay you; whether you "accept" my insurance is irrelevant. When he demanded we buy $24/day CDW, we refused & took the shuttle back to the terminal to get a car from a REAL rental car agency.

Had to return car check engine light came on. Staff rude except shuttle driver. Second car had problems. Took forever to rent. 600 dollars to not use your insurance is a scham. I will pay the extra 50 dollars to go to someone else.

AWFUL rental experience. Horrible wait times for shuttles, receiving car, returning car. Horrible customer service throughout. Had to return original car because of mechanical problem and the process took more than 90 minutes. Under no circumstances would I again rent for ACO. Indeed, I will be discouraging anyone I encounter who might be considering ACO to rent elsewhere.

When renting online, the website gives you an optin of returning time for the costumer and when we went to pick up the car we found out that the place didn't open until 8am. It's a trap of you gove customers a choice that actually does not exist. We had to return the car one day earlier and spent $100 + tip in cab rides. Shame on you, ACO. I would never return and/or recommend the service to anyone and I think I should have a refund of my expenses plus the stress of changing my travel plans.

Insurance policies were not fair and ended up having to get the "mandatory" damage waiver for $24/day, which more than doubled my rental rate for the week. Read the fine print of the terms

We were appalled to have to pay you to use our own insurance. I would never use you or NEVER recommend your company. What about the customers with early flights when you won't open before 7:00? We missed a whole day because we had to head back to turn in the car the night before. Of the four customers in your business when we were there every single one left extremely disappointed and mad. You do not work for the customer and I would pay more for a rental car next time and come out ahead.
