I had to purchase extra extra insurance when I didn't have. I had a copy of my car insurance on my cell phone and the lady said no that will not work.I would need a paper copy.No where on the website on kayak said I had to have a paper copy so I had to pay the extra $121 when I should not have to. Also I said I can have my insurance company fax email a copy of my insurance and she said no you have a paper copy. I have used other companies in the past and had no issues. I left my Android Tablet between the seats of my car rental. I was told by ACO that the tablet was not there, I am 100% sure it was there, and would like it return back to me. Before I comment on my recent rental, I am hoping that this problem can be resolve and my tablet returned to me.
Car was a gem. With only one person managing rentals, drop-offs and incoming calls, the rental and drop-off process is more time consuming than anticipated. There is only one shuttle, so depending on your timing you may have to wait more or less for it to make its round-trip cycle. This is the first time renting from anyone that I've had to have USAA fax my auto insurance proof to a rental facility, rather than showing the card proof on my phone. The $600 deposit didn't boost brand impression.
Wished our car had a sunroom but everything else was fine .
This is a horrible company. Do not rent from them. They have limited hours and there is no way to return the car outside there minimalistic hours. The waiting room was full of unhappy people dealing with multiple different issues. Staff was rude and reluctant to help.
Many hidden fees, no info about additional fees, no information anywhere how high they are and what else to expect.! I had to read all the bad reviews to get some idea and I will add another one. The expected rental costs at least tripled!
Never met such an unfriendly costumer service, I still cannot believe it that I was asked whether I am ok, while I was just asking questions and trying to understand the crazy policies!
Pure rip-off!
This is our very first time renting at this place and it has been anawesome experience. Cindy, the customer service rental agent made the service a pleasant one. She knows what customers need and goes beyond expexted to satisfy our needs. She's very efficient and customer oriented. Our car was the perfect one!!!! Loved it and just rented another vehicle here in Aco..!!!!!!
After arriving at your facility (Orlando) it took over an hour to get the paperwork done. There were only two of us customers there at the time. This should have taken 10 minutes at most in my opinion. I had all of my required insurance papers, drivers license, credit card, reservation etc READY so it wasn't my fault that caused the long delay, but an incompetent agent. I had just come in from Atlanta where the car rental took maybe 5 minutes. And the Nissan was the worst car I have ever driven.

I booked a 2 day rentalonline for aprox $50 about a month before my trip. After booking I called and verified that they received my reservation and asked about how the pickup service would work. Everything seemed in place to me. When I arrived in Orlando I called for my pickup and was asked if I would be taking their insurance. I said no I have my own and have the docs with me for proof. They said it was not accepted as they only take a handful of carriers. The only good thing was I could cancel
