This was a horrible experience. We reserved our rental and when my husband got there to pick it up they wanted proof of insurance. This was not stated when I reserved the car. It specifically asked me if I wanted the insurance when booking and I declined. I emailed my husband a copy of the policy to his phone and he showed it to the desk. They would not accept this and would not let me fax or email it to them either to print out. We had to cancel the rental and he called for a ride.
I will never use this agency again and I've told many people already never to use it
Car was great, easy in and out
They would not answer the phone, the pickup took over 30 minutes, it took almost 2 hours to rent the car due to wait times, staff that was not paying attention to me (chit chatting instead), didn't know how to answer questions, and my rate almost doubled (for 5 days) because I needed the car for another 5 hours because the website wouldn't let me pick up/drop off outside of 12pm. Never renting outside the airport again, it's worth paying the extra money.
This company is a fraud. They only give you 100 miles per day on their rental but fail to mention it on their disclosure. Also, their customer service rep. is rude. Further, they dont accept proof of insurance through your phone or email. They only want to see the physical card or they refuse to rent the car. They eveb refused to have my insurance company fax them a physical card. Please take them off your list of rental cars.
I did not rent from them. Three of the questions are irrelevant.
Staff was rude and rigid. ACO requirements on proof of insurance is outrageous. The agents wanted the actual policy I had proof of GEICO policy. They said it was unacceptable and that they required me to take their insurance. Most unhelpful staff I have ever met. I went back to airport and rented from SIXT. They worked with me to get their price near ACO's quote. Would never recommend.
Took me 45 min to check in. Had to provide proof of insurance which nobody told me about prior. Counter assistant gave me keys to the wrong car. With no apologies.
Company was mis-leading. Confirmation email said nothing about insurance. Was called by ACO rep on way to airport & rep told us we just needed to put $600 on credit card which would be refunded upon returning car with no damage. Upon arrival at ACO we waited in line for 1 hour and 15 minutes while 2 customers in front of us were waited on. It was apparent they were upset. Once waited on ACO rep said we needed proof of insurance or they would have to charge us with ACO Insurance. Went elsewhe

The van was not marked and did come after my call but did not know it was for ACO pick up and missed it only after I was finally picked up did the driver explain what had happened. Would not take my phone or a call from Geico regarding my full insurance coverage had to have paper copy but no way to receive fax from Geico had to use their insurance for entire rental. Very unhappy and will never use again.
