Good service
Staff should smile more. William was very helpful in completing my reservation. Also, vehicle had some mechanical issues (noise when turning).
It took about an hour to pick me from the airport. Counter agent was very slow, unsure of herself and what forms were required. Forms could by simplified and less onerous.
I had my own insurance; so the staff did not need to try and push CDW on me.

I had to cancel my reservation while I was at the agency counter since the agent was forcing me to buy the company's insurance, unless I would bring a printed copy of my insurance card. Most of car rental companies don't need to see proof of insurance and if they do, a simple look at the policy online is more than enough. I travel at least once a month but I will not do business with ACO again.

Rep refused to let me use my online insurance card So I had to pay a extra 100 dollars. I then printed my insurance card on return and rep wouldn't even ask manager for refund. Did not feel as I was a valued customer. Just because you call me sir does not mean your being courteous and prompt. Could of faked asking the manager instead of just saying no. I will take my business to hertz.
Reserved a car for a very good price, but when we arrived ACO would not accept my full coverage insurance from AAA. ACO wanted an additional $400 for their insurance, a total rip-off. Three car renters arrived on the bus with me. Two left for another car rental and one stayed and agreed to pay $10/day more than they were quoted.

This organization commits fraud. They force you to take insurance even though I had my Geico policy number, offered to have my insurance broker email or fax a copy of the policy. And I had 2 platinum credit cards which easily would cover any damage.
Suggest one never uses them. They should be put out of business.
